The invention relates to a device (1) for fastening a glove (1a), a system for reconditioning gloves using such a device, and a method for reconditioning gloves. According to the invention, the fastening device (1) comprises an internal holding element (4) through which an orifice (5) passes, said internal holding element (4) having an external dimension suitable to allow elastic fastening of the glove (1a) by way of the cuff (3) around said internal holding element (4), the dimension of the orifice (5) being suitable to allow the glove to be turned inside the latter.
