SOLUTION: This complexion measuring device 1 for measuring the complexion of a users face includes: a photographing means 14 for photographing a complexion measuring image at such a shutter speed as to eliminate the influence of environmental light and photographing a display image at such a shutter speed as to be influenced by the environmental light a stroboscopic means 16 for emitting light interlocking with the shutter operation of the photographing means 14 a measuring means for measuring the complexion of the users face from the complexion measuring image influenced by the stroboscopic light, which has been photographed by the photographing means 14 and a display means 13 for displaying measurement result of the measuring means together with the display image influenced by the stroboscopic light and environmental light, which is photographed by the photographing means 14. By this configuration, the above problem is solved.
