PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus or the like capable of relatively easily performing an ultrasonic image diagnosis by means of elastography, for example, with high reliability.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provided with a detection unit and a processing unit. The detection unit detects that an ultrasonic probe in an active state is left as it is.
