The present invention relates to a synthetic fletching in the form of a real-feather fletching and a method for manufacturing same and, more specifically, to a novel synthetic fletching in the form of a real-feather fletching and a method for manufacturing same, the method enabling a fletching, which is attached to an arrow shaft, to be made in the form of a real-feather fletching, which is made from a real feather, by means of a synthetic manufacturing method. Therefore, problems occurring when using a real-feather fletching can be solved, and the uniformity of the fletching can be enhanced.
