The invention discloses a method of producing a zirconia blank, and such method includes steps of: wetly mixing a mixture to form a slurry, and the mixture composed of a zirconia powder, an aluminum oxide powder, a mica powder, and a binder drying the slurry to form an agglomerate body which is formed by aggregation of the zirconia powder, the aluminum oxide powder, and the mica powder via the binder grinding the agglomerate body to form a granule compressing the granule to form a block and annealing the block under 800-1100℃ to obtain the zirconia blank.本發明提出之氧化鋯坯體的製造方法,含有下述步驟:溼式混合混合物,以製得混合漿料,而混合物含有氧化鋯粉體、氧化鋁粉體、雲母粉體及黏著劑;乾燥混合漿料,以取得結塊體,而結塊體為氧化鋯粉體、氧化鋁粉體及雲母粉體透過黏著劑相互黏合而組成的;研磨過篩結塊體,以形成粉體;加壓成型粉體,以形成塊體;以及於800至1100℃下,鍛燒塊體,以製得氧化鋯坯體。
