PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care material more excellent in antithrombogenicity, biocompatibility and safety than conventional medical care materials.
SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the medical care material is characterized in that a solution A of polysaccharide except heparin and a solution B of phospholipid are prepared separately, and that then the solution A is added to the solution B while the latter is being agitated, so that the phospholipid is introduced into the polysaccharide molecular chains through ionic bonds.
