The harness comprises a front panel (12) and a back panel (14) with two shoulder straps (16a, 16b) connecting an upper part of the front panel to an upper part of the back panel, with a head aperture (18) between the shoulder straps. The lower part of back panel comprises a first part of a connection mechanism (22) and the lower part of the front panel comprises two laterally extending straps (20a, 20b). The two laterally extending straps form a second part of the connection mechanism and the pouch is connected to one of the laterally extending straps.La présente invention concerne un porte-tube médical (10) comprenant un harnais (11) et une poche (26). La partie inférieure du panneau arrière comprend une première partie d'un mécanisme d'attache (22) et la partie inférieure du panneau avant comprend deux sangles s'étendant latéralement (20a, 20b).
