PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system allowing quick simultaneous broadcast even when a line is busy, a patient gets out of a bed or sleeps, saving the patient and a medical staff trouble, without patients fail to hear the broadcast.SOLUTION: A sleep detector 6, a bed detector 7, and a circuit detector 15 are installed corresponding to each of client devices 1, when making simultaneous broadcast, where a detecting signal is input from the detector, identification information included in the signal and sound data from a sound input unit 18 are associated with each other and stored, and the simultaneous broadcast is made with respect to the other client devices 1.
