PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensible pad device which enables a patient to singly and easily check whether electric potential is applied or not, or a potential therapeutic device provided with the sensible pad device.SOLUTION: A touch member 1111 and an opposite installation member 1113 have a predetermined interval therebetween. Consequently, when a patient (a person having electric potential (AC waveform) for potential therapy applied thereto) touches the touch member 1111 of a sensible pad device 111, the charge amount (surface charge) of the touch member 1111 is varied, which varies a force (Maxwell stresses) operating between with the opposite installation member 1113.
