PURPOSE: A multi-wavelength image restoration processing method and apparatus, and a medical image system adopting the same are provided to restore a tomography image of an object to a final image by using a two dimension projected image of the object.CONSTITUTION: An initial value of a tomography image of an object is calculated(101). A weighted value and an error value are calculated based on a measured value(102). An image signal which is measured is transformed(103). An auxiliary variable which is initialized by using a conversion factor which is necessary for changing the image signal is updated(104). The measured value is updated by using the updated auxiliary variable, the calculated weighted value, and the error value(105).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012소정 피검물의 단층 영상에 대하여 초기치를 구하고, 보조 변수를 초기화하며, 측정치를 바탕으로 가중치 및 오차 값을 산출하고, 측정치에 멀티레졸루션 분석이 가능한 변환(transform)을 수행하며, 측정치의 변환계수를 이용하여 보조 변수를 갱신하고, 갱신된 보조변수와 가중치, 및 오차 값을 이용하여 측정치를 갱신하며, 상기 단계를 반복하는 단계를 반복하여 영상을 복원하는 영상처리 방법이 개시된다.
