The present invention is culture bag structure comprises a frame, a culture bag, a cover and an adjustable net. The frame which supports culture bag is main frame. The bottom of main frame has plural supporting rods which are connected with internal rod. The center of internal rod is internal hole. The culture bag can thread through internal hole from bottom up which can save assembling time. There are the cover and the adjustable net upon opening of bag. Outside rain, dust and impurity are isolated by cover. The adjustable net can control quantity of illumination from outside in culture bag.
