To simplify construction work of a liquid atomizer and a sauna device using the same by eliminating piping work for discharging non-atomized liquid.
SOLUTION: The liquid atomizer is provided with a body case 6 having an inlet port 4 and an exhaust port 5, a heating means 7 and an air blowing means 8a which are arranged between the inlet port 4 and the exhaust port 5 of the body case 6, and a liquid atomizing means 9 arranged between the air blowing means 8a and the exhaust port 5. The liquid atomizing means 9 has and as a rotating means 12, a rotary shaft 15 vertically arranged and several rotating plates 16 connected with the rotary shaft 15 at specified intervals. Upper rotating plates are provided with openings and flow passages for guiding the liquid to lower rotating plates. The supplied liquid is distributed among the several rotating plates 16 and is atomized.
