A stem cell processing unit derived from autonomous adipose tissue (10), comprising: a tissue removal vessel that is configured to receive raw adipose tissue that is removed from a patient, wherein said tissue removal vessel (12) is defined by a closed system; a first filter (16) which is placed inside said tissue extraction container (12), wherein said first filter has a pore size of about 20 μm to about 5 mm and wherein said first filter is configured to retaining a first component of said unprocessed adipose tissue and passing a second component of said unprocessed adipose tissue, such that said first filter separates said first component from said second component, and wherein said first component comprises a population of cells that it comprises stem cells derived from adipose tissue and said second component comprises lipid, blood, mature, and saline adipocytes; a cell extraction container (26), which is configured to receive said first component comprising a population of cells comprising stem cells derived from adipose tissue from said tissue extraction container (12), wherein said extraction container of cells is within said closed system; a conduit configured to allow the passage of said first component comprising a population of cells comprising stem cells derived from adipose tissue from said tissue extraction vessel (12) to said cell extraction vessel while maintaining a closed system ; a cellular concentrator placed within said cell extraction vessel (26), which is configured to facilitate the concentration of said first component comprising a population of cells comprising stem cells derived from adipose tissue to obtain a concentrated population of cells comprising stem cells derived from adipose tissue, wherein said cell concentrator comprises a centrifuge or a rotating membrane filter; and an outlet (32) configured to allow aseptic removal of said concentrated population of cells comprising stem cells derived from adipose tissue.Una unidad de proce
