According to the present invention, disclosed is a bone implanted drug administration implant comprising: a hollow bone implanted fixture having an entrance formed in the top end thereof and a drug supply cartridge coupled with the fixture. The drug supply cartridge comprises: a cap for blocking the entrance of the fixture and a cartridge body disposed at the bottom of the cap by being coupled with the cap to be mounted on the fixture integrally with the cap, and accommodated in the fixture to discharge a drug. The fixture comprises: a cartridge hole for accommodating the cartridge body and drug channels for guiding a drug discharged from the cartridge body from the inside of the cartridge hole to the outside of the fixture. According to the present invention, a dug can be continuously administrated to bone tissue in a predetermined region, and a drug cartridge (a drug acceptor, a drug carrier) is mounted on a fixture along with a cap while being coupled with the cap, so the drug cartridge can be easily mounted. In addition, the drug cartridge can be easily replaced.본 발명은 상단에 입구가 형성된 중공형의 골 식립용 매식체(Fixture) 그리고 상기 매식체에 결합되는 약물 공급용 카트리지를 포함하여 구성되는 골식립형 투약 임플란트을 개시한다. 상기 약물 공급용 카트리지는, 상기 매식체의 입구를 막기 위한 캡과, 상기 캡과 일체로 상기 매식체에 동반 장착되도록 상기 캡에 결합되어서 상기 캡의 하측에 구비되고, 상기 매식체의 내부에 수용되어서 상기 약물을 방출하는 카트리지 본체를 포함하여 구성되고 상기 매식체에는, 상기 카트리지 본체를 수용하는 카트리지 홀과, 상기 카트리지 본체에서 배출되는 약물을 상기 카트리지 홀의 내부에서 상기 매식체의 외부로 안내하는 약물 채널들이 형성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 소정 부위의 골조직에 지속적인 투약이 가능하며, 약물 카트리지(약물 수용체, 약물 담지체)가 캡에 결합된 상태로 캡과 함께 매식체에 동반 장착되므로 약물 카트리지의 장착이 용이하고, 더 나아가 약물 카트리지의 교체 작업도 용이하게 수행될 수 있다.
