The Mesembryanthemum crystallinum callus extract used in the composition of the present invention has excellent DPPH free radical removing activity, tyrosinase inhibiting activity, and elastase inhibiting activity, thereby being used as a composition for anti-oxidizing, skin whitening, and/or anti-wrinkle.
