PURPOSE: A tree supporting apparatus is provided to strongly support a tree by automatically corresponding to the circumference or the height of the tree and to be reused on other trees after being dismantled from the tree. CONSTITUTION: A tree supporting apparatus comprises a support panel(20) which has an arch shape and supports by circulating the outer girth of a tree； a variable form connecting member(30) which automatically corresponds to a change in the diameter of a tree； a joint(21) which is formed outside of the support panel； and a support fixture(40) which supports a tree. The support fixture is divided into an upper support fixture(41) and the lower support fixture(43)； and one of the support fixtures among the upper and lower support fixtures is inserted in the other support fixture to allow flexibility with an antenna shape. A male ratchet(42) is formed on the side of the support fixture among the upper and lower support fixtures； and a female ratchet, which is combined with the male ratchet, is formed on the other support fixture. The connecting member comprises a bellow installed by being connected to the end of each side of the support panel adjacent to both of the ends, and a coil spring that is installed to penetrate the bellows by being connected to each end of the support panel adjacent to each end.본 발명은 이식된 나무의 둘레 또는 높이의 자람에 관계없이 자동으로 대응하며 나무를 견고하게 지지할 수 있고, 또 해당나무로부터 해체 후에는 타 나무에 적용시켜 재사용할 수 있도록 한 수목 지지장치에 관한 것으로써, 그 구성은, 이식된 나무가 바람 또는 기타 외력에 의해 쓰러지지 않도록 지지하는 수목 지지장치에 있어서,상기 이식된 나무의 선택된 부분을 외부 둘레를 감싸며 지지하도록 호형의 지지패널(20)이 복수 개 마련되고, 그 복수 개의 지지패널 중 인접한 지지패널 측단부 간에는 나무의 직경 변화에 따라 자동으로 대응되는 가변 형 연결부재(30)가 설치되며, 상기 각 지지패널의 외부에는 결합부(21)가 형성되고, 그 결합부에는 나무가 자람에 따라 자동으로 가변되며 해당 나무를 지지하는 지지대(40)를 형성시키되, 그 지지대는 상부지지대(41)와 하부지지대(43)로 구분되고, 상기 상/하부지지대 중 어느 하나의 지지대는 나머지 하나의 지지대에 삽입되어 안테나 형태로 신축되게 구성되며, 그 신축되게 구성된 상/하부지지대 중 어느 일측의 지지대에는 숫 래칫(42)이 형성되고, 타측의 지지대에는 상기 숫 레칫과 결합되는 암 래칫(44)을 형성시켜 된 것으로 이루어진다.
