The present invention relates to a sheet mask and a method for packing the same. The sheet mask includes: a packaging pouch in which at least one sheet of packaging film or one pair of packaging films are attached or bonded to each other to form a content accommodation part in an inner space thereof a first support film including a perforated portion and/or an uneven portion a second support film and a skin contact sheet impregnated with a liquid for percutaneous administration, wherein the skin contact sheet is positioned between the first support film and the second support film, and the first support film and the skin contact sheet are folded together with the second support film so that the same surface of the second support film comes into contact together with respect to at least one folding line, or are folded at a position at which the folding line is coincident with a cut boundary line of the second support film, so as to be accommodated in the inner space of the packaging pouch.La présente invention concerne un masque en tissu et son procédé demballage.
