The devices can be delivered through the catheter to the aneurysm, the pan portion can be expanded to occlude the aneurysm neck, and a coagulant can be injected into the aneurysm. During the injection of the coagulant, the pan portion can inhibit the coagulant from exiting the aneurysm.
