FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended to substantiate, with the help of marker laboratory indicators, negative biomedical effects in children exposed to fluoride compounds. Samples of urine and blood are taken and the content of fluoride ion is determined in the urine, and in the blood – the levels of laboratory indicators, quantitative assessment of the relationship between changes in laboratory parameters relative to the physiological norm is made and the formula calculates the probability of deviation from the physiological norm at an elevated, relative reference level, content of fluoride ion in the urine.
