To provide a measurement device and a measurement system, capable of measuring motion of a measurement target in a non-contact manner.SOLUTION: The measurement device comprises: a measurement part which serves as a sensor that includes oscillators 102A-C emitting signals with directivity and detectors 104A-C provided apart from the oscillators and detecting the signals, and measures the motion of the measurement target based on the detection result of the sensor detecting the presence of an object between the oscillators and the detectors.
