To provide an open crockery capable of improving workability during surgery by facilitating separation of an open member.SOLUTION: An open crockery 10 of the present invention opens an incision portion while being inserted into a predetermined insertion direction for the incision portion of a bone. The open crockery 10 includes: a pair of first open members 11, 21 connected in an opening/closing manner each other through a hinge part 51 arranged in tip ends 12, 22； and a pair of second open members 31, 41 for opening an incision portion in conjunction with the first open members 11, 21, and capable of being moved between the use position and the retracted position.
