Disclosed is a percutaneous stimulator for reducing the sensitivity of nerves, comprising an electrical stimulator (2). The electrical stimulator (2) comprises a control circuit (21), at least two electrodes (22) and a power supply unit (23), wherein the power supply unit (23) supplies power to the control circuit (21), and then the control circuit (21) generates a stimulation current and conducts the stimulation current to the two electrodes (22). When in use, the electrical stimulator (2) can be located on a carrier (1, 3) and sleeved on a male genital organ via the carrier (1, 3) to enable the two electrodes (22) to touch the surface of the skin of the male genital organ and the stimulation current generated by the electrical stimulator (2) is conducted to the two electrodes (22) and stimulates subcutaneous nerves at a low intensity to enable the subcutaneous nerves of the male genital organ to achieve temporary paralysis, in order to temporarily reduce the sensitivity of subcutaneous nerves of the genital organ.
