A cultivation unit (4) rotates around the unlimited orbit, and includes a seedling belt (41) moving the soil to one side of the housing. A returning unit (5) collects the soil separated from the seedling belt, and drops to the stirring unit. A case (61) is connected to a passage, and includes an outlet (612) opened toward the upper side of the seedling belt.
