PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TRPM8 activator having a TRPM8 activity promoting effect, a cooling sensation agent, a cosmetic, and an oral composition.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there are provided medicinal products, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, and foods and beverages, which comprise extracts of Geranium robertianum and neem. The extracts of Geranium robertianum and neem of the present invention show excellent TRPM8 activity-promoting effects. Thus, the extracts exert an effect of imparting a good cooling sensation to the skin, hair, oral cavity, etc., and are applicable to cooling sensation agents, cosmetics, and oral compositions.
