PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain cost of an additive for enhancing the chlorine concentration in cleaning operation of a filter by high concentration chlorine water.SOLUTION: When operating a circulation pump 120, on the inside of a filter 100, a circulation passage of bathtub water is formed between an inlet water end 101 and an outlet water end 102 connected to a bathtub. A chemical injection end 105 is connected to a chemical injection unit for supplying a chemical for enhancing the chlorine concentration.
