PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intestinal immune-enhancing agent containing an organogermanium compound, and an intestinal immune-enhancing method by using the intestinal immune-enhancing agent.SOLUTION: The intestinal immune-enhancing agent includes an organogermanium compound expressed by formula (1) [(Ge-CH-CH-COOH)O](1), a lactobacillus and an oligosaccharide, wherein the weight ratio of the lactobacillus and oligosaccharide to the organogermanium compound is 100:(1-5). The method for enhancing intestinal immune comprises continuous administration of the intestinal immune-enhancing agent containing the organogermanium compound expressed by formula (1), the lactobacillus and the oligosaccharide at a dose of 2-10 mg/Kg body weight/day in terms of given dose of the organogermanium compound.
