Disclosed are methods and devices that include a device for guiding femoral cuts in knee replacement surgery. The apparatus can include a cut guide having a first side, a second side, a third side, and one or more slots. The first side can be configured to form a boundary with the resected surface of the femur. The second side surface can be separated from the first side surface. The one or more slots can be defined by the device and extend from the first side to the second side. The third side surface can be disposed between the first side surface and the second side surface and can have at least one protrusion extending from the third side surface.
