PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rapeseed oil cake dispensing with a drying step for cost reduction in a rapeseed oil cake manufacturing process, and capable of performing moisture control by a dew-point temperature； and to provide a rapeseed oil manufacturing apparatus and a rapeseed oil manufacturing system.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a rapeseed oil cake, water is added as much as 0.3-2 mass% to the rapeseed oil cake in a solvent removal step, and thereby a moisture content in the rapeseed oil cake after the solvent removal step becomes 14-18 mass%, and a cooling step is performed without the aid of a drying step.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】菜種油粕製造工程におけるコスト低減のために乾燥工程を行わない、さらに露点温度により水分管理が行える菜種油粕の製造方法、菜種油粕製造装置、及び菜種油粕製造システムを提供する。【解決手段】脱溶剤工程で、水を菜種油粕に対して０．３～２質量％添加し、脱溶剤工程後の菜種油粕の水分量が１４～１８質量％とし、乾燥工程を経ずに冷却工程を行うことを特徴とする菜種油粕の製造方法。【選択図】なし
