The present invention provides a portable holdable device, system and method for conducting a remote primary medical examination, the device comprising: at least one input means for collecting self generated measurements of at least one health characteristic of a patient； a wireless network connection for receiving and transferring at least one signal from the input means to a physician thereby, transferring physiological data of the patient. The wireless network connection communicates with a user interface platform (UIP)； the UIP comprises a predetermined protocol comprising a plurality of medical characteristics and conditions selectable according to patient's current physical condition. The self generated measurements of the patient are collectable, storable and deliverable by said input means on demand by said physician.
