This process is used for the manufacture of at least one set (8) forming a reservoir of product for injection in pre-filled pen injector. It comprises at least one of the successive steps consisting in producing a hollow box (30) equipped with a first mechanical element (31) for attaching a needle and a second mechanical part (38) for fixing the housing in a pen injector, insert (f6) in the case of an elongated container (20) to open bottom (222), and fill the container with a predetermined quantity of product for injection, through an opening (o20) of the open end (222) of the container (20).Ce procédé sert à la fabrication dau moins un ensemble (8) formant réservoir de produit injectable pour stylo injecteur. Il comprend au moins des étapes successives consistant à fabriquer un boîtier creux (30) équipé dun premier organe mécanique (31) de fixation dune aiguille et dun deuxième organe mécanique (38) de fixation du boîtier sur un stylo injecteur, insérer (F6) dans le boîtier un récipient allongé (20) à fond ouvert (222), et remplir le récipient avec une quantité prédéterminée de produit injectable, à travers une ouverture (O20) du fond ouvert (222) du récipient (20).
