PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable solid preparation of egualen sodium that is suppressed in formation of a decomposate of egualen sodium during storage.SOLUTION: The solid preparation of egualen sodium has incorporated therewith at least one additive selected from among povidone, a derivative thereof and an additive exhibiting basicity. Preferably, the povidone derivative is crospovidone. Preferably, the additive exhibiting basicity is a basic inorganic compound selected from among magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate and sodium hydroxide, or a basic organic compound selected from among arginine, lysine, histidine and ornithine. The solid preparation of egualen sodium has incorporated therewith an additive exhibiting basicity in a sufficient amount to make the pH of an aqueous dispersion, obtained by dispersing the solid preparation in water in a concentration of 1 W/V%, 7 or higher. The solid preparation of egualen sodium is packaged with its inside replaced with an inert gas.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】エグアレンナトリウムの保管時の分解物の生成を抑えた、安定なエグアレンナトリウム固形製剤を提供する。【解決手段】ポビドン及びその誘導体並びに塩基性を有する添加物から選択される一種以上の添加物を配合してなるエグアレンナトリウム固形製剤である。ポビドン誘導体は、クロスポビドンが好ましい。塩基性を有する添加物は、炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム及び水酸化ナトリウムから選ばれた塩基性無機化合物、或いはアルギニン、リジン、ヒスチジン及びオルニチンから選ばれた塩基性有機化合物が好ましい。また、本発明は、固形製剤を水に1W/V%濃度に分散させたときの水分散液のpHが7以上になるに十分な量の塩基性を有する添加物を配合してなるエグアレンナトリウム固形製剤である。また、本発明は、不活性ガス置換包装されてなるエグアレンナトリウム固形製剤である。【選択図】なし
