PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental orthotic that secures proper occlusal position of teeth in the oral cavity, and thereby performs precise correction securing correct occlusion, and also enables correcting dentition by wearing it in a constant period of time during sleeping in bed, etc.SOLUTION: A dental orthotic comprises correction equipment detachably equipped in the oral cavity and a molar tooth cap being set up in the vicinity of the correction equipment. The correction equipment comprises a pair of U-shaped correction tools integrally forming an upper jaw correction part and a lower jaw correction part by wire. The correction of dentition is performed while adjusting the position of upper and lower jaws, and the molar tooth cap comprises a large fastening coating lid having some height more than neighboring teeth. The dental orthotic is configured to be locked in a recessed groove provided in the upper jaw correction part of the correction equipment, and thereby is worn in an outer circumference of the molar tooth cap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】 口腔内における歯の適正な咬合位置を確保することにより、正しい咬合を確保した精確な矯正を行うとともに、就寝中等一定時間内の装着によって歯列の矯正を行う事を可能とする歯科用矯正器具を提供する。【解決手段】 口腔内に着脱自在に装備される矯正機器と、該矯正機器近傍に立設される臼歯キャップと、からなり、矯正機器は、上顎用矯正部と下顎用矯正部とをワイヤーにより一体的に形成した一対のＵ字型矯正具からなり上下顎の位置を調整しつつ歯列の矯正を行うとともに、臼歯キャップは、周辺の歯より少し高さのある大型の固定用被覆蓋体からなり、矯正機器の上顎用矯正部に設けられた凹溝に係止することにより、臼歯キャップの外周に装着される構成である。【選択図】 図２
