PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric in which crystal orientation and cloth resilience are improved by evenly dispersing carbon dioxide generation suppressor in fibers and optimizing spinning condition and carbon dioxide generation during combustion is suppressed.SOLUTION: A polyester-based or polyamide-based spun-bonded nonwoven fabric is made from polyester-based resin or polyamide-based resin. In the nonwoven fabric, carbon dioxide generation suppressor with 150 nm to 250 nm of particle diameter is dispersed and contained at 0.03 to 0.30 weight % in the polyester-based resin or the polyamide-based resin. Packaging material including the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric is also provided in this invention.
