The present invention relates to an aquarium lamp cover panel device and a manufacturing method thereof. The aquarium lamp cover panel device comprises a base panel, at least one light-emitting diode (LED) light panel, a plurality of electric wires, a waterproof rubber layer and a plug. The first surface of the base panel is formed with at least one first recess for receiving the LED light panel, the waterproof rubber layer is disposed in the first recess of the base panel to cover the LED light panel, and the plug is electrically connected to the LED light panel through the electric wires. When the aquarium lamp cover panel is placed on an aquarium, the LED light panel is protected by the waterproof rubber layer, so that it is not affected by moisture and water splash. Moreover, the aquarium lamp cover panel is not provided with a lampshade, thereby it will not affect the light intensity, so as to provide enough light for user to observe aquatic creatures.本發明係一水族箱燈蓋板裝置及其製法，水族箱燈蓋板裝置包含有一基板、至少一發光二極體(LED)燈板、複數電線、一防水膠層及一插頭。基板之一第一面形成有至少一第一凹槽，以容置LED燈板，且防水膠層設置於基板之第一凹槽中，以覆蓋LED燈板，而插頭透過電線電連接至LED燈板。當該水族箱燈蓋板設置在一水族箱上時，由於LED燈板透過該防水膠層的保護，因此不會受到濕氣與濺起水花的影響，且因為水族箱燈蓋板設置並未設置燈罩，故不會影響到光線強度，能提供足夠的亮度讓使用者觀賞飼養的水中生物。
