ABSTRACT Disclosed therein is an apparatus for precisely-regulating a liquid medicine injection dose. The apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises an adjustment knob, a gate seal, and a body. The apparatus injects liquid medicine regulated in a stable, precise, and minute manner. The apparatus for precisely regulating a liquid medicine injection dose has a reduced number of components, and thus can be easily manufactured at a low cost.
