The present invention relates to the use of phytocannabinoids in the treatment of ovarian cancer. Preferably the phytocannabinoid is selected from the group consisting of: cannabidiol (CBD)； cannabidiol acid (CBDA)； cannabigerol (CBG)； cannabigerolic acid (CBGA)； cannabigerol propyl variant (CBGV)； and tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV). In a further embodiment the one or more phytocannabinoids are used in combination with each other. Preferably the combination of cannabinoids consists of CBD and CBG.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de phytocannabinoïdes dans le traitement du carcinome ovarien.
