PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tolvaptan pharmaceutical preparation and a method for producing the preparation in which there is no need to use dichloromethane in producing the preparation, and elution property is satisfactory.SOLUTION: A tolvaptan pharmaceutical preparation contains a granulated material having a nuclear part constituted of filler, and a coating layer which contains amorphous tolvaptan and stabilizer and coats the nuclear part.
