A manufacturing method of the DPTA-(bisphenyl-2,2`-bisamide) or the derivative compound thereof comprises: a step of putting 2,2`-diaminobiphenyl into a DMF and conduct a reaction a step of adding a DTPA-bis(anhydride) solution dissolved in MDF into the reaction solution and stirring the same a step of removing solvent from the mixture at low pressure, adding methanol, and filtering the solution by a silica gel chromatography and a step of precipitating the solution, filtering and vacuum-drying the solution, and obtaining a DTPA-(biphenyl-2,2`-bisamide) powder.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 높은 혈관 조영 효과를 가지는 고리형 구조의 가돌리늄 킬레이트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 바이페닐(biphenyl)을 포함하는 DTPA-(bisphenyl-2,2-bisamide) 또는 그 유도체 화합물을 리간드로 포함하는 새로운 MR 조영제에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 바이페닐(biphenyl)을 포함하는 DTPA-(bisphenyl-2,2-bisamide) 또는 그 유도체 화합물을 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 화합물을 리간드로 포함하는 고리형 구조를 갖는 가돌리늄 착물을 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 고리형 구조를 갖는 가돌리늄 착물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 자기공명혈관 조영제(CE-MRA)는 혈관 조영제로 잘 알려진 다른 조영제에 비해 열역학적, 속도론적 안정성 면에서 뛰어나며, 혈액 내에서 자기 이완률이 높아 안정적이므로 혈관 조영이 가능한 MR 혈관 조영제로서의 응용이 가능하다. 특히, 본 발명의 자기공명혈관 조영제는 혈관 조영효과 뿐만 아니라, 뇌종양 조영효과도 탁월하므로 뇌종양 진단 조영제로서의 응용도 가능할 것으로 사료된다.
