A prostate implant assembly comprising a hollow tube (2) symmetrical along an axis (5). The tube (2) is provided with an entry end, which is the first one to enter the body during the application of the implant, and an opposite end designed for connection with an introduction device (7) of the implant. The introduction device (7) of the implant is provided with a flexible wire (12), a holder (13) and means for the connection of the introduction device (7) to the hollow tube (2). The body of the tube (2) is made of a biologically compatible material. The entry end of the tube (2) is provided with a ring (4) to facilitate introduction of the implant while the opposite end of the tube (2) is provided with a thread (6). The means for the connection of the introduction device (7) to the tube (2) comprise an introduction element (8) connected along the axis (5) to a bottom face (11) with the use of a connection element (14) while the bottom face (11) is provided with a ring (9) on which a thread is created to engage with the thread created at the opposite end of the tube (2).
