Provided is an apparatus for transferring power to a rake reel for a combine having the functions of a clutch. The present invention aims to transfer power from a driving pulley (22A) to a driven pulley (24A) installed on a rotary shaft of the rake reel by using a belt (B). According to the present invention, the apparatus for transferring power to the rake reel for the combine having the functions of the clutch comprises: a first idle pulley (26) rotationally supported by a reaper frame in between the driving pulley and the driven pulley； a second idle pulley (25) installed near the first idle pulley, being rotationally supported for a certain section against the first idle pulley； an elastic member (27) which elastically supports the second idle pulley in a direction where a tension of the belt increases； a clutch lever (40) whose one end unit is rotationally supported by the reaper frame； and a clutch panel (30) into which an upper side of the clutch lever is inserted, having a plurality of hanging grooves molded at positions where the tension of the belt is maintained, and a control passage extended in a direction where the tension of the belt is released. When the clutch lever is hung on the hanging grooves, the tension of the belt is maintained, so power is transferred from the driving pulley to the driven pulley.
