PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a pouch for stoma is filled with gas, expanding large, so an inconvenience may occur that fecal matter leaks from an adhesive surface of a stoma appliance to the body and removing the feces and excretion gas stored in the pouch poses no problem in places where there is no need to be aware of others, but it has extreme difficulties in cases where many people are around during commuting to school or company and thus with these problems in mind, to make it possible that an ostomate can easily discharge only the filled excretion gas from the pouch, without being aware of the others.SOLUTION: A pouch for stoma comprises: a function for separating the feces and excretion gas stored in the pouch a gas storage part, provided in an upper part of the pouch, for storing the separated excretion gas and a gas discharge cylinder with a check valve function, the gas discharge cylinder being connected to the gas storage part or instead of the gas discharge cylinder, a gas storage bag having a gas introduction part with a check valve function, the gas storage bag being connected to a gas discharge port without a check valve function. This configuration allows the excretion gas stored in the gas storage part of the pouch to be easily discharged.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ストーマ用パウチがガスで充満し、大きく膨れ上がるためストーマ装具の身体接着面から排泄物が漏れ出す不都合が生じることがある。また、パウチ内に貯留された排泄便や排泄ガスの排出作業は、他人を意識する必要が無い状態に居る場合には問題ないが、通勤時や通学時の周りに人がたくさん居る場合では、非常に困難な状態になる。オストメイトが、充満した排泄ガスのみを他人を意識すること無しに、パウチから容易に排出処理できるようにする。【解決手段】ストーマ用パウチ内に貯留された排泄便と排泄ガスを分離する機能と、分離された排泄ガスを溜めるガス溜め部をパウチ上部に設け、そのガス溜め部に逆止弁機能を備えたガス排出筒または逆止弁機能を有しないガス排出口に逆止弁機能を備えたガス導入部を有するガス溜め袋を接続することより、パウチのガス溜め部に貯留された排泄ガスが容易に排出処理できるストーマ用パウチを提供する。【選択図】図1
