The invention relates to theoretical methods for the quantitative evaluation of cerebral perfusion in nuclear magnetic resonance imaging technique. The presented methods relate to determining the transport speeds at the level of blood-brain barrier and blood-cerebromedullary fluid barrier (expressed as l/min) and relative volumes (expressed as %) of the evaluated compartments: blood, extracellular space, intracellular space, cerebromedullary fluid. Based on the resulting values, it can be established if the blood-brain barrier or blood-cerebromedullary fluid barrier is intact, and if the partial volumes of the compartments are within the normal limits.Prezenta invenţie se referă la metode teoretice de evaluare cantitativă a perfuziei cerebrale, în tehnica de imagistică prin rezonanţă magnetică nucleară. Metodele prezentate se referă la determinarea vitezelor de transport la nivelul barierelor de sânge - creier şi sânge - fluid cerebrospinal (exprimate în l/min) şi a volumelor relative (exprimate în %) ale compartimentelor evaluate: sânge, spaţiu extracelular, spaţiu intracelular, fluid cerebrospinal. Pe baza valorilor obţinute se poate stabili dacă bariera creier - sânge sau lichid cerebrospinal - sânge este intactă, dacă volumele parţiale ale compartimentelor se situează în limite normale.
