PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a new technology of detecting the position of a blood vessel to be an object of ultrasonic measurement.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device evaluates the feature point combination consisting of three feature points in a B mode image acquired with ultrasonic measurement according to a reference whether the positions of a circle passing through the three feature points are regarded as the positions of blood vessel walls. The evaluation items are the number of feature points located on the contour of the circle passing through the three feature points, positional change of the feature points following the lapse of time, luminance of the feature points, the number of feature points on the inner side of the circle and the like. The ultrasonic measurement device detects the blood vessel position by determining that there are the positions of the blood vessel walls at the positions of the circle passing through the three selected feature points when a prescribed condition is satisfied as a result of evaluation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波測定の対象となる血管の位置を検出する新たな技術の実現。【解決手段】超音波測定によって取得したBモード画像中の3つの特徴点からなる特徴点組を、当該3つの特徴点を通る円の位置が血管壁の位置とみなせるかという基準で評価する。評価項目としては、3つの特徴点を通る円の輪郭上に位置する特徴点の数や、時間経過に伴う特徴点の位置変化、特徴点の輝度、当該円の内側の特徴点の数などがある。評価の結果、所定条件を満たした場合には、選択した3つの特徴点を通る円の位置に、血管壁の位置があると判断して血管位置を検出する。【選択図】図3
