[Means for solution] An eye axis length measurement device comprises: a measurement section for obtaining the eye axis length of the eye of a patient by an optical interferometer a drive mechanism for adjusting the relative position of the measurement section and the eye of the patient a control panel operated by the examiner, for driving the drive mechanism or measurement section by manual operation and a control means that measures the eye axis length by controlling the measurement section and controls drive of the drive mechanism in accordance with the control signal that is output from the control panel. The eye axis measurement device is capable of being mounted or fitted beforehand with an ultrasonic probe for obtaining length information in the axial direction of the patients eye.
