The present invention relates to the use of papain,hyaluronidase and vitamin E, as carriers of apharmacologically active product to be deliveredthrough the skin, in a topical composition showing highskin-penetration-enhancing properties. In oneembodiment, the composition contains 0,2 to 15% ofPapain, 10 to 2000 mg of Vitamin E, and 50 to 900trg/mg of Hyaluronidase, based on weight of thecomposition.
