PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber stacking device capable of adjusting an amount of stacking of molding material without causing stacking unevenness, and also in which the molding is not easily broken.SOLUTION: A fiber stacking device is provided, in which, on an inner surface side of a porous member, an adjusting body 10 is arranged in an overlapping manner on at least a part of the inner surface thereof, where the adjustment body is formed of a first layer and a second layer and for adjusting air flow at suction. The first layer has a plurality of first openings 81 and an impervious opening defining part 82 that partitions and forms the openings 81. The second layer has second openings 91 each having a smaller aperture area than the first opening 81 and formed correspondingly to the first opening 81.
