The present invention relates to a multi-questionnaire analysis system for analyzing and providing depression-related medical information based on multiple questionnaires collected through a health examination and a method thereof. By integrating and analyzing different questionnaires while verifying a complex nonlinear relationship between questionnaires related to a depression by using a latent variable model through a deep learning technique, a medical expert can be provided with complex and efficient analysis information.본 발명은 건강 검진을 통해 수집되는 다중 설문지를 기반으로 우울증 관련 의학적 정보를 분석하여 제공하는 다중 설문 분석 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 심층학습 기법을 통한 잠재 변수 모델을 이용하여 우울증 관련 설문문항들의 복잡한 비선형적 관계성을 파악하는 동시에 서로 다른 설문지를 통합하여 분석함으로써, 이에 관련된 복합적이고 효율적인 분석 정보를 의학전문가에게 제공할 수 있다.
