One embodiment of the present invention relates to a wearable-type or mounting-type wearable device and an exercise service system using the same. The objective of the present invention is to acquire motion and biometric information of a user through a wearable device worn on the body of the user and to check a pose of the user according to an acquisition result, so as to receive a control command signal for adjusting a motion of the user. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the wearable device comprises: a main unit made of a flexible material to be worn on the body of a user a first communication unit embedded inside the main unit to perform data transmission/reception a sensor unit embedded inside the main unit to detect motion or biometric information of the user through a plurality of electrode pads a vibration generation unit distributed and disposed inside the main unit in order to be spaced apart from the sensor unit, so as to generate vibration and a first control unit embedded inside the main unit to control each component forming the wearable device.
