PURPOSE: A novel swine influenza virus A, H1N1, which is produced and attenuated using an SPF pig is provided to effectively manufacture a composition for preventing or treating swine influenza viral infection according to a manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A novel swine influenza virus is A/swine/Korea/GCVP-KS01/2009(H1N1)(deposit number KCTC 11848BP). A method for manufacturing a composition for preventing or treating swine influenza viral infection comprises a step of attenuating or inactivating the virus. The composition contains attenuated or inactivated influenza virus. A method for diagnosing swine influenza viral infection comprises a step of detecting the influenza virus in a sample isolated from a pig.
