PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device which keeps thin diameter of an insertion part, irradiates an inspection site (notice location) by suitable brightness, and is improved in inspection efficiency.
SOLUTION: The endoscopic device includes an insertion part 3 with a bend part 5, a CCD 7, a signal processor 2, and bend direction indication buttons 15-18. The endoscope device is configured by further providing: the first to fourth LEDs to emit illuminating light to light up the subject site from the tip end of the insertion part 3 a temperature sensor 51 to detect the temperature around the first to fourth LEDs inside the tip end of the insertion part 3 a table memory 56 to store brightness data of the first to fourth LEDs based on the temperature data and a brightness control part 20d to control brightness of the first to fourth LEDs by the brightness data stored in the table memory 56.
